Not only is she out of the loop, but so far out of the loop that it turns out the kid didn't swallow a lego...he had acid reflux.
And ya can't be building no buildings with no acid reflux.

Did you hear Morley Safer is gay?
Swallowing a Lego makes for a much better story than acid reflux--especially if ya swallow many legos in the correct order and they can see a little pirate ship or ferris wheel or something in the X-ray.
