After Barack was sworn in:
1. The first song played on my radio, at the shop, was The Rolling Stones 'You Can't Always Get What You Want.'
2. First items I sold after he became President was Godzilla DVD and a Mecha Godzilla DVD.
And one simple tear rolled down my cheek....
Was it the Monster Island dvd with that ridiculous baby Godzilla that could only blow smoke rings?
ReplyDeleteWasn't it great to hear a president actually pronounce "nuclear" properly?
ReplyDeleteAw, you big ol' switchfloppy switch-flopper you. You were all for Obama not so long ago.
ReplyDeleteSo, enough of this malarkey.* Instead, let's focus on the VERY snappy hat of the fellow at the bottom of your blog. It is a very snappy hat and I celebrate both him and his snappy hat on this historic day of historical history.
*Although I must add that Godzilla and Mecha Godzilla are very, VERY fine purchases. And, I salute the customer who purchased these films.
Dear Sparkle,
ReplyDeleteWhat part of either of today's posts are critical of Obama?
Dear IANO,
ReplyDeleteNothin'! I just wanted to say switchfloppy switchflopper! So, you're all for Obama? I guess he really must be like Reagan!
Love,
Sparkle
I never said he was like Reagan....that was you.
ReplyDeleteDid you forget your meds?
Dear IANO,
ReplyDeleteYes. I know you never said he was like Reagan. I was subtly plugging my own post there.
What are ya? A puzzle genius like me?
Love,
Sparkle
I'm puzzled by your genius.
ReplyDeleteI actually found footage of this:
