Dinah Shore's CasseroleTM: 1 c. grits 1 tsp. salt from "special grinder salt shaker"* 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. grated cheese 2 eggs 1 c. milk A little Tabasco sauce
Cook the grits in 4 cups water with salt. Cook covered. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole and sprinkle with more grated cheese and some Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
*Regret to inform: Casserole sucks if you use salt from regular salt shaker...
